That is very true and people must believe in that. During our darkest time, sometimes we tend to lose hope. It sometimes leads to depression or anxiety that some people take their own life. But people should realize that during those times, there is a God who's willing to hear and heal their burdens. Having faith in Him will give them hope to know that there is a higher being that can help them and can easily give solution to their problem. That's how faith works.
